Planning a digital product MVP to reimagine workflows and improve data management

Discovery | Planning | Prototyping

While learning about a client’s business goals, they shared an operational roadblock that caused high overhead and headache-inducing workflows.

Who can use your website?

Sharing knowledge and writing for a target audience

Early in my career, I was curious about usability and accessibility and deeply explored both topics. I realized that these were important things for our agency clients to be aware of and understand as we talked about projects. I wanted to share what I learned, and also create a tool for existing and prospective clients. I interviewed a developer who led an accessibility workshop, and wrote a blog post with client decision makers in mind.
